Terms and Conditions

1. 1. The Promotion is run by Karma Technologies International Ltd (Karma), the creator of borofree. Karma’s address is 167 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 1AW and any correspondence relating to this promotion should be addressed to support@borofree.com

Eligibility to enter

1. 2. The Promotion is open to eligible employees of select employers.

2. 3. A select employer is a registered employer who has signed up with borofree to offer borofree salary advances to their employees and who have been selected by borofree to participate in promotional events.

3. 4. Only employees of employers selected by borofree are eligible to participate in the promotion.

4. 5. An eligible employee is any full or part time employee of a selected company.

5. 6. To enter, eligible employees are required to complete the promotion questionnaire in full.

6. 7. To claim the reward, an eligible employee must register with borofree and have completed the applicable stage of sign-up.

7. 8. A maximum of one award can be given to a single eligible employee.

8. 9. Employees can only participate in Tier 1 once with a maximum of one award per employee.

9. 10. Entries must be made between the promotion dates displayed above.

Promotion details

1. 11. Six awards will be given.

2. Associated eligibility:

   a. Tier 3 - 1x £300 borofree credit – fully signed-up user that has advanced at least one gift card through the borofree app

   b. Tier 2 - 2x £100 borofree credit – fully signed-up user that has completed sign-up and not yet advanced a card

   c. Tier 1 - 3x £50 borofree credit – filled out the survey only

3. 12. Entries will be sorted into applicable categories at the end of the promotion and the winner(s) will be picked at random from each category.

4. 13. Winners will be announced on 21 Oct 2021 at 17h00.

5. 14. Rewards will be issued via borofree credit in the borofree app requiring all winners to hold a borofree account to claim the reward.

6. 15. borofree credit will be issued via a promotional discount. The value of the discount will be applied to future advances taken through the borofree app until the total value of the discount has been claimed.

7. 16. The reward cannot be exchanged and can only be redeemed within the borofree app.

8. 17. The promotion will run from 05/10/2021 – 20/10/2021.

General

1. 18. borofree and Karma reserve the right to cancel the promotion or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

2. 19. The promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
